Andrei Zadornov – Managing Partner

In his capacity as managing partner of BIC Securities Andrei advised and managed various M&A transactions for BIC Securities clients (mainly well known reputable international companies and local businesses) in different sectors, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, TMT, consumer goods & retail and others. In addition to M&A activities Andrei has substantial experience in arranging debt financing, related mainly with anticipated transactions
Andrei is one of the founding partners of BIC Securities (also known in the past as KBC Securities Baltic Investment Company or KBCS/BIC, which was the name of the company during 2007-2010, when the company was a part of KBC Securities Group, and prior to 2007 was also known as Baltic Investment Company or BIC). In 1999 Andrei and his partner, Kirill Jurzditsky teamed up to establish BIC, and jointly led the management of the company, building BIC Securities into a leading independent M&A advisory firm in Russian, Ukrainian and Baltic markets
Andrei started his business carrier in early 1990’s in Parex Bank, one of the largest Latvian commercial banks. In 1998 he became Head of Treasury of Parex Bank and member of the management committee. During his employment with Parex Bank he has also acquired experience within the areas of investment banking and corporate finance
Graduated as a Bachelor of Economic Science and Engineer from Riga Aviation University and from Riga School of Economics and Business Administration

Kirill Jurzditsky – Managing Partner

Kirill has more than 15 years of investment banking experience. During his time with BIC Securities, he was advising large number of clients – leading international companies in various sectors
Besides others Kirill advised GE Money (US) on acquisition of Baltic Trust Bank in Latvia, DC Ukraine (largest health and beauty retailer in Ukraine) on sale to AS Watson (subsidiary of Hutchison Whampoa of Hong Kong), Fleetcor (US) on strategic cooperation with Petrol Plus Region (largest independent fuel card business in Russia), Molochny dom (Ukraine) in sale to Lactalis (France), Cersanit (Poland) on purchase of Lira Ceramica (largest ceramic tiles producer in Russia)

Alexander Yakovlev - Director, M&A, Russia

Alexander focuses on mergers and acquisitions in Russia, primarily in the following sectors: pharmaceuticals, energy and utilities, mining, retail, consumer good and some others
Prior to joining BIC Securities, Alexander spent 7 years with Raiffeisen, where he held senior vice president position in M&A department. Before joining Raiffeisen Alexander worked in audit company Deloitte for 3 years. He served as consultant in tax and legal and later in financial advisory departments focusing on transactions support
Alexander graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics with honors

Vitaly Komissarov - Director, M&A, Russia

Prior to joining BIC Securities Vitaly has spent 4 years in PFL Advisors (Russian boutique investment advisory), advising private investors, PE funds and state companies on acquisitions and investment projects. Before that he worked in M&A department of Reiffeisen. Previous experience includes Corporate Finance department in KPMG, where Vitaly was involved in numerous consulting projects in energy and other sectors

Alexander Vopilov - Associate Director, M&A

Alexander focuses on local and cross-border M&A deals. His experience of more than 6 years in Corporate Finance includes projects in such sectors as financial services, mining, consumer goods, construction, retail, fintech, carsharing, etc
Before joining BIC Securities, Alexander have worked in the Moscow office of the international audit and consulting firm Mazars, where he has been in charge of the valuation department over the last 2 years. During his career at Mazars, Alexander managed a number of valuation projects for companies operating in Russia, Europe (Switzerland, Luxembourg, Italy, the Czech Republic, etc.) and in the CIS countries (Moldova, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, etc.). Before that Alexander was engaged in the valuation of intangible assets, claims on corporate banking loans, as well as business valuation in appraisal companies in Moscow, where the leading banking and industrial groups of Russia acted as clients.
Alexander graduated from Plekhanov Russian Economic University with a degree in Valuation, as well as Polzunov Altay State Technical University with a degree in International Economics

Evgeny Ohrimenko - Associate Director, M&A, Baltic States

Evgeny focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as capital raising in the Baltics. His experience in BIC Securities includes M&A assignments in the following sectors: financial services, technology, telecommunications, logistics, FMCG, and tourism
Before joining BIC Securities, Evgeny spent 1 year at Eventus Corporate Finance, Latvian corporate finance advisory company, where he specialized in corporate valuation and market analysis assignments in various industries, including dairy, logistics, manufacturing and retail
Evgeny is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and is a Level III candidate of the Chartered Financial Analyst certification

Arman Hanamirjan - Associate Director, M&A, Baltic States

Arman focuses on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising in the Baltics and Eastern Europe, primarily in the technology sector, focusing on the following fields: fintech, payments, mobile gaming, iGaming and betting.
Before joining BIC Securities, Arman spent 2.5 year at SEB Bank Corporate Banking department, providing leading Latvian and pan-Baltic companies with debt financing for MBO transactions, working capital financing and large real estate development projects. The key sectors were Technology, FMCG, Manufacturing and Real Estate.
Arman is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
