The controlling shareholders of Giče and the leading Estonian road construction group TREV-2 Grupp today finalised the transaction of 100% stake acquisition for undisclosed consideration.
Giče is leading Latvian niche road construction company established in 1999. In 2007 Giče had turnover of 2 mEUR with total headcount of 40 employees. The company focuses on construction of road bases and pavements as well as development of road infrastructure.
TREV-2 Grupp is among the largest Estonian road construction and maintenance groups with annual revenues of 77 mEUR. The transaction is in line with TREV-2 Grupp business expansion strategy in the Baltic States.
KBCS/BIC acted as financial advisor to the owners of Giče.
