On September 20, 2007 Asseco Poland S.A. the largest IT company in Poland and listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange, acquired 56.24% of existing shares in UAB Sintagma from 7 shareholders of the company. UAB Sintagma is a Lithuanian IT company operating since 1991 and specializing in implementation of large scale IT projects, development of software and specialized solutions in public administration, insurance, document management, library and archive automation and other spheres. It employs more than 110 specialists.
KBC Securities Baltic Investment Company advised shareholders of UAB Sintagma in the transaction.
