Shareholders of Tamore, the leading Finnish office supplier with 2006 sales of around MEUR 33, sold 100% of the company to Penninn, one of Iceland’s largest office supply companies.

Transaction was closed on March 9, 2007 in Helsinki, Finland. Transaction value is not being disclosed by the parties.

BIC acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of Tamore.
