Baltic Investment Company (BIC) has been engaged by consortium leaded by Warsaw Stock Exchange (Poland) and Euronext N.V., pan-European stock exchange in privatisation of National Stock Exchange of Lithuania.

BIC assignment includes providing buy-side financial advisory services to the consortium, jointly with international investment bank.
