BIC Securities has acted as exclusive financial adviser to the shareholders of leading Russian pharmaceutical company in connection with the purchase of EU-based pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The transaction was aimed at ensuring the company’s business development plans, including increase in production volumes and entering new markets.
The parties of transaction agreed not to disclose the details of the deal.
