On October 22, 2012 Volia Group, headquartered in Kiev (Ukraine), has announced completion of acquisition of 100% stake in Odeko Group headquartered in Lviv (Ukraine).

Volia Group is a leading Ukrainian nationwide provider that offers a set of modern telecommunication services: analog, digital & HD TV, high-speed Internet. Volia Group shareholders include Providence Equity Fund, Goldman Sachs, Eton Park, a family of funds managed by SigmaBleyzer.

Odeko Group is the second largest cable TV and high-speed Internet provider in Ukraine with presence in 11 cities, including Lviv, Zaporizhia and Lutsk. Odeko Group is associated with PPF Partners.

PPF Partners is a private equity firm investing in Emerging Europe.
